onAlert is an extension of Modulize focused on helping agencies and citizens prepare, respond and recover from Emergency situations. Agencies would be provided with a web portal to broadcast alerts, set road conditions, and communicate the latest updates.

Problem
Our client base needed a solution to help their citizens prepare, stay updated safe in areas prone to natural disaster. Existing solutions relied heavily on high level governmental newsfeed for alerts such as FEMA, or was available in too many different places to be easy to use, especially in an emergency.
Solution
Integrating, simplifying and centralizing available documentation in quick, easy-to-use formats such as checklists, calculators or interactive ebooks. We also proposed simple web portal for regional emergency coordinators to input road closures and evacuation routes as well as urgent updates that may not be covered by FEMA. On their side, citizens could customize the level of notifications they want to receive, and base them on their geolocation.
